At registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and current. Providing false registration information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Identity Verification (KYC): Before megaph processes your first withdrawal, you are required to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID) together with a selfie photograph. This requirement exists to comply with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. Verification typically takes 24–48 business hours. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your megaph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
megaph will never ask you for your account password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from megaph and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your megaph account, including any transactions made during a session where your credentials were used — whether by you or any other person. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify megaph support immediately. megaph shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of any Platform software; or use any megaph trademark or logo without our prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of megaph intellectual property may result in the termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, megaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data; loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunction beyond megaph's reasonable control; interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, server downtime, or force majeure events; or any actions taken by third parties affecting your payment method or account.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit megaph's liability for: death or personal injury caused by megaph's gross negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by megaph; or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulatory law.
megaph's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
megaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any balance or pending winnings, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by you, any verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach, megaph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and final determination.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines and PAGCOR's gaming regulatory framework.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the megaph platform, we encourage you to contact megaph Customer Support in the first instance. Our support team will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its player protection procedures.
The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints or PAGCOR escalation process.
megaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to account eligibility, payment policies, or wagering requirements — megaph will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered account holders via their registered email address or mobile number.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised each time a change is made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
